Making the fun tissue paper crafts

On day four of my wonderful journey in Seattle I had to wake up at 6:00 in the morning after I had went to bed at about 12:00! Can you guess why I had to wake up so early? The title and pictures will give you a clue. Well,  you probably guessed the second thing we did, the Ivy Cutting, but first we went to my cousins friends art desplay. She mayjored in graphic arts. We went to this little building where other kids art was desplayed including Leah's, JoEllen's, my cousins, friend. After we took a look at Leah's work we went on to the second part of my day the Ivy Cutting! You may have no idea what I mean by this, but some of you might. The Ivy Cutting was a seromny that was done for the seniors at SPU (Seattle Pacfic University) every year. When each person gets their ivy cut it repersents you leaving and taking your seprate journey. A parade came by while we were wating for the president of the college to cut everyones ivy. Once all the ivy was cut we went to go get some food at the tabels near by full of fruits, vegabals, and cookies! JoEllens friends left and we went to this coffee shop that JoEllen had made a sculpsure for! I got some hot choclate at the coffee shop and imired that sculpsure! She made the sculpsure out of balls and coffee filters. Another hour drive! Fanlly when we got home we started working on the decorations for the graduation party. My cousin Amanda told us about an easy, colorful, cute decortions to make from tissue paper. First, you buy the tissue paper. You take eight sheets of the paper and fold them like a fan or accordian style. Then you get some wire and twist it around the middle of the tissue paper after being folded like a  fan. When those few steps are done you take sissors and cut the ends of the tissue paper in a curve or spike. Start carefully pulling each layer of tissue paper apart from then fan until it's nice and fluffy and looks like the examples above. After each of us made a couple of those we went to bed. Anotheer long day goes by.
